1. Choose from a range of
our products, colours and sizes.
2. Choose your embroidery logo's or words (up to 5
words) ie Emergency Department Registered Nurse (white)
3. View your
shopping cart amounts and choose your qty - continue
shopping or checkout
4. Postage
will be calculated on checkout
5. Pay via
your Paypal Account or Credit Card
6. If the
items are not in stock we will let you know when it will
be delivered via your email address
7. Make sure
you provide full details so we can promptly send you
your goods on time.
8. You can
navigate through the Online Store by clicking on the
link ONLINE STORE to view other products.
PayPal surcharge of 3% will apply
on checkout showing TAX (3%)
Credit Card surcharge
of 2% will apply
Order Form Download
If an
item is unavailable to order or it is not shown in the
ONLINE STORE please download from our Order Form button
(located below) or to obtain a copy by contacting our
office on 02 9834 4883
Please fill
out the order form and fax, send or mail payment
details, so we can process your order.
One-off items not shown
on our website will have a 4-6 week delay.
Older versions of our
order form will not be accepted.

Guaranteed Delivery Time for Online Shop
A guaranteed delivery
time of 10 Business Days from receipt of the order
applies to all Online orders (not including embroidery).
We shall notify you, of
any item on an order that cannot be supplied within the
guaranteed delivery time.
