We are happy to exchange or refund any garment within 14 days of purchase.

2. Direct deposit - Please put your surname or company details in the subject line and send us an email of electronic transfer to orders@scrubsbyshell.com.au

Exchange and Refunds Information

1. Please provide details of the exchanged or refunded item.

2. Garments are not to be worn and washed.

3. Returns for ‘change of mind’ will not be accepted.

4. There is a 14 day money back guarantee on faulty workmanship.

5. If there is a discrepancy in the uniform we are happy to discuss options with you, preferably the garments have not been washed or worn.

6. We are unable to exchange or refund items that are after the 14 days of purchase.

7. Delivery time on exchanged items will be based on our online store, if we do not hold stock in the item there will be a delay.

Freight Returns

1. Generally, if your reason for return is due to the fault of Scrubs By Shell, freight cost will be covered by Scrubs By Shell.

2. If your reason for return is due to incorrect size choice, freight costs will lie with the individual.

Embroidered Pocket Alterations

1. $5.00 charge on each item will apply in swapping the embroidered top pockets to the exchanged item.

2. We are unable to exchange garments that have had embroidery on the top itself or have had alterations carried out to your specific requirements.
